Collection: Experimental Years (2012 - 2016)

During this span of time - I was opening up a gallery - had an immense amount of space to experiment, and make-do with unconventional methods of creating things, due to being a small time gallery.

I made gallery benches out of a Headboard a somersaulted 5 blocks back to my gallery at 1130 pm with my 2 dogs I was walking lol the legs were constructed from metal paint cans :)

I had a lot of scrap wood, found out Sherwin-Williams offers cheap house paint in small "testers" and began getting those, for painting furniture in my gallery that I made.

This span of time challenged and leveled up my creativity, beyond beyond.

To me? It was a time of some of my best work, becuase I had freedom to create without pressure - as many shows I curated were group shows, and I never submitted my work :)

People always asked when I was going to have a show of my own, and I always explained how much easier it was to host/curate and exhibit another artist's work, rather than my own :)
