On the left just under the American Flag reads: 45/47 in blue spray paint on the brick wall, and in the background a red balloon hangs deflated over a branch in a tree that shows beyond a ragged and ripped Trump banner that reads "Make America Eat Again" because it is ripped in center, hiding the gr in great. This is a satire that reads "Oh No!" in the Kool-Aid style font and also in title case cursive all hand illustrated by the artist "Don't Drink The Kool-Aid" with a tall glass of orange kool-ad with a straw next to it.
