In the event that the customer or client is unhappy with it's purchase, we ask that you contact us so we can fix within 30 days of your purchase, with shipping & handling covered by CROME, Inc. Full refunds can only be given to those who did not finance a custom, commissioned creation. We work with each client personally to make sure they are satisfied.
