2013: The opening of CROMEgallery, 3118 S Morgan St

2013-2017: Over 20 exhibits from solo to group shows, Every 4th Sunday Community Garage Sales with cookouts, no cover, several workshops, and community events.

2014: BRDG'D, Bridged Art Walk, from 31st - 35th St, DCASE Approved Art Walk with over 10 sponsors: BMW, Bridgeport Art Center, Zaytunes, Bridgeport Coffee, Artist & Craftsman Supply, + more

2016: MSAX, Morgan Street Art Expo, bringing an art expo back from 1983, with honoring the original pamphlet and logo, with over 30 sponsors& local businesses, from 31st to 35th on Morgan Street. From Antique Taco, to The Duck Inn, The Chicago Park District, Testa Produce, Pulaski Savings Bank, Revive Center, Project Onward, and so many more.

October 2017: Gallery Closed Unexpectedly due to Slumlord seeing what the neighborhood was changing into, right after we had 2 years of construction right out front of my gallery, $4.2M renovation of Morgan St. Who made that possible and important? I did. I brought a lot of people down from the northside with my gallery, introduced them to all the perks of living there. From the bar Maria's a 2 min walk away, and a coffee shop across the street, and another just on Halstead - with Mediterranean food, amazing authentic Mexican food down the block, and fresh pizza on the next block. Grocery store a few blocks away, orange line a 15 min walk, and a quiet line it is with not many panhandlers.

Bridgeport was the quiet gem that I discovered upon looking at a dilapidated storefront connected to a small 2 bdrm apartment behind it. I had a vision - and I made Bridgeport a destination people desire.

We artner with local businesses and organizations to provide an inspiring event like none you've had. Teaching sustainability through art and design, educating people on nature and the benefits it contains, and providing a therapeutic service to those looking for a creative outlet or release.

Besides providing workshops, classes and creative events - CREATE also can be the visualizer, organizer, & curator of your next big idea involving your community, group, business, or personal party! From promotional graphics, to themed curation through and through down to the tablecloths, flyers and t-shirts, authentic hand designed font for your next logo - we are specialized in many areas from years of experience within many creative fields.
